A solid IPA from Green Flash Brewing. Trevor and I had one of these at the Lackman in OTR, downtown Cincinnati. While not as good as Hopslam, it still had a potent punch.
It was certainly a Belgian IPA, and had that Belgian style. It was very dry and that was a huge turn off for me. What saved it from a worse grade for me was that it packed a citrus hoppy punch. It has a very high ABV and a slight woody taste, having more than one would have probably led to some trouble in the morning via a headache...
Glad I was able to experience the brew and the Lackman is a great place that stocks hard to find (in Ohio) beers.
Happy Drinking!
